Recently, the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) imposed a new rule in EDSA, wherein provincial buses are no longer allowed to load and unload passengers in areas other than their own terminal stations. Not only did this new rule create confusion among motorists, it also attracted bad moods and lots and lots of stress from commuters.
